This format would work for any elimination reality show. At the very least, people can pick a winner for a season, make new predictions (for fewer points) as the season progresses, and pick teams of most-likely-to-win people to accumulate points. Points would be accumulated for each episode survived, and depending on the show, for other small victories (immunities won, challenges won, project management successes). Rankings would be displayed on a website, and updated as the season progresses. This could enhance an nbc or yahoo reality show website. This ORIGINAL idea is for sale by Dean Radcliffe. I have an implementation if you are interested in seeing it. Inquire by posting below. Thanks in advance for your input !!-- DeanRadcliffe, Nov 24 2004 Fantasy Survivor http://www.cbs.com/...9/fantasy/index.phpfrom CBS.com [waugsqueke, Nov 24 2004] Ha! Truly the stupidest reality tv idea I have ever seen - croissant for making me laugh.-- DrCurry, Nov 24 2004 Well, that's twenty seconds of my life I'll never see again.-- moomintroll, Nov 24 2004 Say Dean, let me know how it goes when you try to make money off the networks' brand names.
Nice ORIGINAL idea too, btw.
You're welcome.-- waugsqueke, Nov 24 2004 I had an acquantance who believed his life was in fact just his life passing before his eyes before he dies.
Yeah, he took a lot of drugs.-- harderthanjesus, Nov 24 2004 isn't this an idea for a web-site rather than a tv show?-- spacemoggy, Nov 25 2004 [Deanradcliffe] The standard Halfbakers' fee for this kind of focus group crap is USD100 per review. How do you wish to proceed?-- ConsulFlaminicus, Nov 26 2004 Correction: per reviewer / per review.-- bristolz, Nov 26 2004 I'll swap your idea for one of mine, if you like. Can't go into too much detail here, but it involves an LED screen which goes in your back windscreen, to pass messages to other motorists... wanna trade?-- Fishrat, Nov 26 2004 random, halfbakery
