So there is an Ebay seller that is selling the things you always wanted, but he wants you to pay by credit card 10 minutes after the auction or he'll notify Ebay as a non-paying bidder. Or mabye there was a seller who you paid the first time, got the item so you left positive feedback, and then the seller asked for the payment again. With Ebay Killfile you can blacklist these sellers so that you won't waste your time getting your hopes up for that item of your dreams, only to find out that you won't be able to pay for it, or will have to pay twice.

Also, E-Bay should remove feedback from people they've banned. This seems like a no-brainer, but unlike the HB, E-Bay leaves the remnants of former users behind.
