The ice cream cone, a fantastic invention. But could there be another use.Eg. raw cookie dough in a cone. There are many other great fillings please post suggestions.-- gizmo, Nov 19 2003 Ice cream cone cupcakes http://www.geocitie.../8101/conecake.html(a microwave version) [half, Oct 04 2004] You'd need something that goes well with a sweet crunchy item (the cone). I don't think cookie dough does it. Though a cone made of hot, fresh, chocolate chip cookie sounds wonderful with ice cream.-- Worldgineer, Nov 19 2003 you can get raw cookie dough in an ice cream cone. It's usually in the form of chunks surrounded by more ice cream, though.-- Freefall, Nov 19 2003 They also have chocolate chip cookie ice cream cones, although I'll admit they'd be better freshly baked.-- Overpanic, Nov 19 2003 Creamed chipped beef? Barbecued pork? Caesar salad? Brie? Chicken noodle soup? Night crawlers? Chorizo y huevos? Brussells sprouts?
I've had cupcakes baked in ice cream cones. Not bad. Maybe a blueberry muffin baked in a cone would make things easier for eating breakfast in the car while commuting to work.
(BTW-isn't this idea the very definition of a list?)-- half, Nov 19 2003 Or perhaps recipe and list cancel each other out.-- Worldgineer, Nov 19 2003 gizmo,
hi there, my northern mate. <update>lists are now a reason for deletion. this reminds me of those ready-to-bake loaves in a cardboard tube.-- po, Nov 19 2003 Chopped liver in a cone. Mm-mm good.-- phundug, Nov 19 2003 Hello Gizmo. I am not too sure of this. What do we do with it?-- The Kat, Nov 19 2003 Leave the gun. Take the cannoli.-- waugsqueke, Nov 19 2003 Ok, I have one for you, gizmo. Take half's ice cream cone cupcakes or your cookie dough, but only fill part way. Microwave until done. Add ice cream.-- Worldgineer, Nov 20 2003 You could have, well... i don't know! But, you could try cake dough or blueberry muffin mixture? "Explore and invent"- that's my motto. (well not really!)
You could try putting in some crazy things like the starters or the main course(as suggested by 'half')-- flexi lexi, Jul 20 2006 random, halfbakery
