If your issue is a real one, we get the attention of the company or the person that you're trying to get through to. That's our main business, and we spend time and money to make it happen. You can track your issue with them by us.
Upon your request, we review their response. Of course in the end you do everything directly with the company. We do not contact the company in your name nor do we do any authentication or identification as you since we do not know and have no access to your credentials.
But if you are just playing around, spamming, or scamming, your request gets stuck by us and we get back at you using scammers and scammers against each other. When it is not a clear-cut case, we put your request on hold and notify you about our suspicions, and you may discuss it with us before we advance it any further.
it you are contacting a company or individual with claims of fraudulent behavior then... here I'm not sure how contactUs should deal with that, perhaps a section dealing with fraud would be of interest to the community. In any case, we must see how we prevent being used by scammers and scammers.-- pashute, Jun 26 2024 You've invented the receptionist?-- pertinax, Jun 26 2024 random, halfbakery
