Think Guitar Hero with you playing the role of a orchestra conductor. You need to keep the beat according to the piece being played, give signals and cues to different parts of the orchestra for crescendos, etc.

Beginner levels might be leading an elementary school band, with pieces like "Baa Baa Black Sheep", and you progressively advance through harder levels until you're leading the Vienna Symphony Orchestra or some such group.

The console could plug into the Camera (PS3, Computer) or Kinect (XBox) to capture your motions and score you according to how well you lead the orchestra.
