Darts is boring. To make it more of a spectacle place the dartboard on the ground beneath a very tall structure. The darts players stand on the structure and they play as usual but they have to bungee off the structure to get close enough to the dartboard.

Darts may be boring when sober, but remember that it was originally designed to be enjoyed after six or seven pints of bitter with a couple of creme de menthe chasers. Then it gets a whole lot more interesting.

Or put the darts on bungee cords, and the dart players have to dodge the rebounds. (Although I guess they already have to do that when I'm playing.)
