Put tiny spy cameras in Boxing gloves. (Protect lens using some good gel/transparent foam. Or prolly have a pinhole camera)

The camera could be video camera that shoots continuously or still camera that gets triggered automatically on punch (with a small delay, of course).

The cam could also be powered by peizoelectric crystals in the glove ?

Very likely bakeable, but lithium-ion powerpacks in the cuff would be better.

Some sort of tinly windscren cleaning system might be needed to keep the lens clear of blood, sweat and mucus. [+]

You could get a mouth guard tiny cam as well, capable of slow-motion. That way you could action movie style, cut between the glove and the 1st person mouth cam back and forth. Add dramatic music and fast cuts for additional effect.
