This is a very simple robot. If asked "should I quit my job?" it says yes and offers encouragement.

Anyone who has reached the point of asking a stranger--human or machine--for advice like that really wants to quit, so we encourage them.

The money-making part of this is that it tracks the jobs that people are quitting, and connects paying customers with those opportunities.
