Have toothpaste in a toothbrush handle, and be able to squeeze the toothpaste from the handle up into the bristles.
Would make for a convienent disposible travel/camping model instead of having to buy them seperate (and ruining your regular brush).
Has a certain gadget factor, and they are recomending more turnover in toothbrushs anyhow.

I think you squeeze on the handle, and it comes up from within the bristles. It was designed to be a disposable travel model.
