Was it the Ministry of Arguments in the old Monty Pyton bit? I want an arguement! No you don't! Yes I do! A safety valve for the Web. Instead of people exploding for no fathomable reason over some inane polemical point, a place where just such behavior is encouraged, promoted, rated and judged.
