Why is resonance such a bugger to spell...but I digress.
As using radio waves would not be too effective I suggest using soundwaves to make the tinfoil hats vibrate.

Not sure I understand. Resonance happens at specific
frequencies. And the voices in my head are telling me that
getting tinfoil to go into significant resonance is going to
take some doing. Too much damping. But maybe that's
what they want me to think. |
