Gloves dipped in glue then dipped in sharp sand, carborundum or industrial diamonds.
After drying, the gloves allow you to sand and smooth those difficult and tedious wooden objects.

Believe it or not, this is semi baked with an application
you wouldn't believe. Silkymit is essentially a loop of
sandpaper that fits over a hand. You use it to remove hair
from your legs! I kid you not (see link). |

The diamonds could get a little expensive, but otherwise a perfectly sane idea. I'd rename this idea, though, to include the sanding part. Perhaps something like "Sanding Gloves"? |

[madradish], I've actually tried a similar product, but of course it was too good to be true. It was so much work, I reverted back to shaving. Why would people want to sand their skin anyway? |
