Combined solar and cooling panels

If you make a solar concentrator, one that concentrates light towards a central point for either photovoltaic or solar thermal energy, you have room leftover on the sides of the light collector. You could use this room to have radiative cooling panels.

The radiative cooling panels could work better at night, storing coldness in an insulated container, then work to cool the solar panels or cool the cold side of the thermal generator during the day, increasing their efficiency.
