Hey, any lawyers around, could noodle manufacturers be responsible for the declining reading abilities of many children? Class action lawsuit anyone?

"... in a separate filing a Hispanic community charge Campbell for including ?'s in their new Hooked-On-Phonics edition noodle soup, but not a single ¿ ..."

I'm going to be practical here. (Shocking.) I wonder if the pasta extruders Campbell's must use for their soup noodles could handle a noodle as small as a . or a ,.

The punctuation would be the same size as the letters.

//how do the colons stick together?// Embed the dots in transparent noodles (Mung bean noodles).

That brings up the idea of making whole sheets from bean-noodle material with embedded text. For 4th of July have halfbaked lasagna with the Declaration of Independence written on each layer.

How about a spell check tossed in with the alphabets. I am sure Microsoft would be pleased by this. +

I guess you could do this, and accommodate some other European languages at the same time, with just a dot, a straight line, a comma, a parenthesis, and a question mark crook. Then maybe things like the caret/circumflex, tilde, and cedilla (or just use the q.m.) for export markets. Changing letter counts to match their local frequencies, to maximize the number of words to be found, might be a nice touch. Then start thinking about how to break into China (romanization would be cheating).

Also, the 'question mark crook' would be a good Hamburgler-type mascot.
