A phisophical polyseme based on three concepts:
1- Fish bones are rich in calcium and bioactive peptides and can be used as ingredients for the manufacture of functional foods or to improve the technological properties of food. Thus, fish bones may be an interesting alternative to traditional sources
of calcium, such as dairy products.
2- Buns contain highly processed flour and additives that make white, packaged bread buns unhealthful. Consuming too much white bread can contribute to obesity, heart disease, and diabetes.
3- Challenges can make you stronger. Tempering steel with fire will produce steel that is considerably harder.
