I'm not sure if any of you remember, but there used to be a toy that looked kind of like the Terminators robot hand. Then there was a lever for each finger that could move each one individually.
My idea is that you basically have the same design, but instead of any normal wire to pull each finger,
you have guitar strings, and a tuner at the base of each one. Then put a guitar pickup beneath them.
So not only can you use this for grabbing things in a very fun robotic manner, you can strum the strings, and when you move the fingers you can produce different notes.
